Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term technology strategy supporting finance operations and transformation objectives
• Lead global programs, overseeing delivery plans, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication
• Translate business priorities into effective technology investments, standards, and governance frameworks
• Oversee financial systems covering core accounting, payments, receivables, treasury operations, reporting, and related processes
• Review solution architecture, support regulatory and compliance requirements, and maintain high levels of system performance
• Drive operational excellence through process optimization, automation initiatives, cross-functional leadership, and coaching of senior professionals

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience as an SAP Finance Consultant
• Expertise in finance technology, ERP delivery, or large-scale finance transformation initiatives
• Strong practical knowledge of SAP finance processes (general accounting, payables, receivables, asset accounting, intercompany transactions, financial close activities, multi-currency environments, financial reporting)
• Proven track record leading complex global ERP implementations, upgrades, rollouts, or next-generation ERP transformation programs
• Solid experience in project governance, risk management, issue resolution, executive-level stakeholder engagement, and program reporting
• Good understanding of financial compliance, indirect taxation, statutory reporting, audit requirements, and internal control frameworks
• Fluent English; willingness to work in a hybrid model with regular presence in the Warsaw office
