Description

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Business Analyst to join a team supporting international food retail brands across multiple European markets. You will work with a larger BA team under a BA lead, supporting supermarket brands and collaborating with colleagues to manage topics effectively.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert and analyst/consultant to understand customer needs and gather/document requirements

• Help clients understand the best mix of technologies and how solutions/services should be delivered to maximize effectiveness

• Collaborate with offshore and 3rd party suppliers, adapting communications to meet business demands

• Understand the intersection between technology, customers, and business to cultivate business development opportunities

• Stay abreast of current and emerging digital trends, opportunities, and challenges in the client markets and geographies

• Support consultative/pre-sales activities on select digital engagements when needed and defined by the business and client

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher

• 3+ years of hands-on experience working in at least 2 verticals

• End-to-end delivery experience of at least 1 software delivery project

• Familiarity with emerging digital trends and their application in the industry (service focus)

• Ability to translate high-level business ideas into user stories to support service design and delivery

• Strong Agile mindset and understanding of other development methodologies

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client management skills

• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher

Nice to have

• Expertise across Salesforce clouds (Sales, Marketing, Service, Platform) and Lightning components

• In-depth understanding of Salesforce technologies, offerings, custom development, and integration

• Experience preparing requirements for integrations
