Description

This role combines social listening, search keyword research, and natural language processing to power an AI-driven consumer intelligence platform. You will craft and maintain social listening queries and keyword universes, develop regex-based NLP rules, and ensure data accuracy through monitoring, coding, and cleansing. Your work will help enable early detection of product trends, product experience insights, and brand health monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Social listening & data management: craft and maintain Brandwatch/YouScan queries to capture high-quality data and minimize spam; regularly refine queries as conversations evolve; conduct manual data coding and management for eCommerce reviews and other textual data; ensure NLP accuracy through ongoing monitoring and optimization.

• NLP & data processing: develop NLP rules using regex for backend processing; implement data validation and cleansing to maintain data integrity; collaborate with engineering teams to improve NLP models and data processing pipelines.

• Search: curate and maintain search keyword universes that reveal search behavior in product categories; contribute to data-backed strategic recommendations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in social listening research and consumer insights

• Proven experience with social listening tools, preferably Brandwatch and YouScan

• Strong knowledge of NLP techniques and regex

• 5+ years of experience in search research or SEO optimization

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences

• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques

• Language skills: competency in at least one of English, French, Italian, Spanish, Polish, Chinese, Portuguese, Dutch, German, Indonesian, Tagalog
