Description

Lead the design and delivery of a large-scale, secure, and scalable Salesforce multi-cloud architecture. Translate business objectives into actionable solutions, ensuring seamless integration across Salesforce clouds and other enterprise platforms with strong data security and compliance. Mentor teams and guide architectural decisions and best practices throughout delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain Salesforce multi-cloud architecture aligned with organizational goals

• Lead solution design sessions and validate architecture decisions with stakeholders

• Define and implement integration strategies with external systems and third-party applications

• Establish governance for data modeling, security, and compliance across the Salesforce landscape

• Coordinate internal workstreams and partner delivery with third-party vendors

• Monitor architectural consistency and enforce technical standards

• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to Salesforce development and implementation teams

Requirements

• Proven experience designing and architecting Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds and organizational units

• Strong proficiency in Salesforce integration with external systems and APIs

• In-depth knowledge of data modeling, security frameworks, and compliance principles in Salesforce

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities focused on scalable solutions

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and effectively interact with executive stakeholders

• Excellent communication skills for facilitating workshops and driving decision-making processes

• Salesforce Architect-level certification(s) highly preferred
