Description

Join a role where system analysis meets modern software engineering and AI. As an experienced System Analyst, you will design system solutions, support development teams, and use AI tools to work more efficiently. You’ll also share your expertise and mentor other analysts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into system solutions
• Design system architecture and define interactions between systems and components
• Develop process, domain, and data flow models to support solution design
• Define integration approaches, data exchange mechanisms, and service-to-service communication
• Create and interpret UML and BPMN diagrams for system design and documentation
• Maintain and update technical documentation and development-process models
• Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to refine and implement solutions
• Use AI tools to support analysis, solution design, and day-to-day technical work
• Design AI-powered workflows, including AI agents and process automation
• Identify opportunities to apply GenAI within existing processes and systems
• Support solution design using RAG, AI agents, and integrations with external data sources/services

Requirements

• At least 5 years of systems analysis and IT solution design experience
• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, REST APIs, and event-driven architecture (Kafka/RabbitMQ)
• Ability to model business processes and technical solutions using UML, BPMN, and domain models
• Proven ability to design integrations and data exchange mechanisms
• Proficiency in SQL and data modeling
• Advanced knowledge of Git and experience with GitFlow
• Practical experience with VS Code, GitHub Copilot (Agent Mode), and AI tools in everyday development workflows
• Hands-on involvement in building and deploying AI agents and custom AI solutions
• Strong prompt engineering skills, including prompt creation and AI workflow design
• Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, MCP, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar
• Understanding of AI Factory / GenAI Factory concepts in enterprise environments
• Practical knowledge of RAG, vector databases, MCP, and process automation
• Ability to read, understand, and work with code (Python, C#, Java, or another language) for solution definition
• Good command of both Polish and English (spoken and written)

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Background in the financial sector
