Description

You will analyze and implement new business and regulatory requirements for banking regulatory reporting, translating complex requirements into clear business and data specifications. The role includes modeling business processes and engineering requirements for robust regulatory reporting solutions, while identifying automation opportunities to reduce manual corrections. You will also participate in ECB remediation activities and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and IT.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and implement new business and regulatory requirements for banking

• Translate regulatory reporting requirements into business and data specifications

• Identify opportunities to automate file-based manual processes and reduce manual corrections

• Contribute to ECB remediation activities

• Model business processes and engineer requirements for durable regulatory reporting solutions

• Analyze financial data, banking systems, products, and reporting rules/validation logic

• Process complex datasets and statistical concepts into practical business insights and recommendations

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams in cross-functional Agile teams

• Occasional business travel to the Baltics

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years (preferred 10+ years) of mature, practical experience in regulatory banking reporting (RegRepo)

• Practical knowledge of banking products, systems, processes, and financial data

• Documented experience in business analysis, requirements engineering, and business process modeling

• Ability to analyze and translate regulatory requirements into clear business and data specifications

• Strong knowledge of reporting rules, validation logic, and supervisory expectations

• Strong analytical skills and data work, including practical SQL

• Understanding of data warehouse concepts, reporting solutions, and Data Literacy principles

• Practical experience with Jira and Confluence in Agile teams

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

• Exceptional communication skills, proactive approach, and strong stakeholder persuasion

• Fluent English (spoken and written)

• Willingness for occasional business travel to the Baltics
