Description

We’re looking for a Business and System Analyst with hands-on SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) experience. You will bridge business teams and developers, turning requirements into clear, high-quality specifications and owning features end-to-end from analysis to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support business analysts with business process modelling (BPMN)

• Drive system analysis of requirements: As-Is vs To-Be, Fit/Gap, mapping requirements to system capabilities

• Create high-quality specifications and system documentation

• Take end-to-end responsibility for feature delivery, acting as the single point of contact for developers, team lead, QA and business stakeholders

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience implementing SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) solutions

• Understanding of the SAP Hybris application lifecycle

• Previous experience as a Business and/or System Analyst

• Proven experience in gathering requirements, writing user stories and end-to-end delivery

• Experience creating process documentation (BPMN) and system documentation (user stories, ERD, sequence diagrams, DFD)

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, including technical writing

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Development, Computer Engineering, Project Management or a related field
