Description

You will be a key partner for enterprise clients and the project team, helping shape and refine requirements for corporate web portals, transactional services, and self-service areas built on CMS/DXP platforms.

The work includes discovery workshops, process and customer journey modeling, and producing analytical and technical-functional documentation such as user stories and specifications with AI tool support. You will also analyze data flows and integrations with external systems (e.g., CRM/ERP/e-commerce), and translate business goals into detailed backlogs for development and testing teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst on large customer-facing digital/web projects

• Experience across the full system delivery lifecycle (analysis/design → development/testing → production go-live → post-go-live support)

• Very good understanding of CMS, DXP, and self-service portal implementation specifics

• Hands-on experience creating analytical documentation (user stories with acceptance criteria, functional specs, flow diagrams, wireframes)

• Proven experience collaborating with enterprise clients

• English at least B2

• Agile/Scrum team experience

• Higher education degree
