Description

You will help develop and securely deploy an enterprise AI platform. The role covers the full integration lifecycle for data connectors, IdP/SSO, plugins, and AI skills—from intake and access configuration through testing, documentation, deployment, and process closure. You will work at the intersection of AI Platform Engineering, IAM, DevSecOps, security, and automation.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end handling of integrations for data connectors, IdP, plugins, and skills (intake, registration, access configuration, testing, documentation, and closure)

• Manage access and permissions (access groups, synchronization with IdP, and precise permission scopes per AI tool)

• Distribute skills, plugins, and connectors to the right users and groups (enterprise-wide and group-scoped)

• Security and quality reviews of internal and external skills/plugins/connectors, including dependency analysis and risk assessment for prompt injection and data exfiltration

• Automate registration and provisioning via CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code instead of manual configuration

• Build and maintain parameterized deployments for Development, Staging, and Production

• Develop and maintain secure backend integrations in Java, including Spring Boot/microservices

Requirements

• Experience as a Java Backend Developer and in DevSecOps/AI Platform/Infrastructure Engineering

• Very good knowledge of Terraform/IaC and practical CI/CD experience

• Experience with IAM/IdP, groups, roles, and authorization management

• Knowledge of AI/LLM security and experience evaluating the security of plugins, skills, and connectors

• Experience automating deployments across Dev/Staging/Prod environments

• Experience in complex corporate environments (cloud, microservices, or banking)
