Description

You will own end-to-end integration of AI platform connectors, IdP components, plugins, and skills—from intake and access configuration through testing, documentation, rollout, and closure. The role sits at the intersection of AI Platform Engineering, IAM, DevSecOps, security, and automation, including security and quality reviews (e.g., prompt injection and data exfiltration risk). You will also automate onboarding/provisioning with CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code and maintain parameterized environments across Dev, Staging, and Production.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end handling of integrations (data connectors, IdP, plugins, skills): intake, registration, access configuration, testing, documentation, and ticket closure
• Manage access and permissions: access groups, synchronization with IdP, and precise authorization scope per AI tool
• Distribute skills, plugins, and connectors to the right users and groups (enterprise-wide and group-scoped)
• Security & quality review of external/internal skills, plugins, and connectors, including dependency analysis and evaluation of attached scripts, prompt injection, and data exfiltration risks
• Automate registration and provisioning via CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code instead of manual configuration
• Build and maintain parameterized deployments for Development, Staging, and Production
• Develop and maintain secure backend integrations in Java (e.g., Spring Boot and microservices)

Requirements

• Experience as a Java Backend Developer and in DevSecOps/AI Platform/Infrastructure Engineering
• Very good knowledge of Terraform/IaC and hands-on CI/CD experience
• Experience with IAM/IdP including groups, roles, and permission management
• Knowledge of AI/LLM security and experience assessing security of plugins, skills, and connectors
• Experience automating deployments for Dev/Staging/Prod environments
• Experience in complex enterprise environments (e.g., cloud, microservices, or banking)
