Description

Join a team building an enterprise “control tower” platform for AI agents and automation solutions. The platform covers the full lifecycle of AI solutions—from ideation and development studio through governed deployments—and provides cataloging, orchestration, and transparent monitoring of usage, tokens, and costs. The role emphasizes AI product features with a strong frontend (Next.js/React) and backend (Spring Boot) contribution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and ship AI product features on FLOW HUB from prototype (real business data) to production

• Design and implement AI interface patterns for non-deterministic interactions (streaming responses, tool-calling visualization, agent execution tracking, source attribution, human-in-the-loop approvals)

• Implement backend microservices in Java/Kotlin (Spring Boot) including API management for agent search, sync, and tool recommendations

• Build LLM integration pipelines using RAG, prompt architecture, function calling, and multi-step agent orchestration (Spring AI, MCP)

• Integrate enterprise systems and identity layers (Copilot Studio, DIA Brain, Cognigy, n8n, ServiceNow, LeanIX, Power BI; OneIDM, Compas, MS Graph)

• Add evaluation and observability: grounding/answer validation, hallucination prevention, regression tests, latency tracking, token and cost monitoring per agent

• Implement governance and compliance modules (readiness for EU AI Act, role/permission model)

• Work directly with Product Owners and business stakeholders: requirements gathering, demos, trade-off analysis, backlog management

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer (Fullstack/Product Engineer)

• React, TypeScript, Next.js expertise (component architecture, state management, performance optimization)

• Java and/or Kotlin with Spring Boot expertise (REST APIs, persistence, authorization and security)

• Practical LLM experience: prompt architecture, advanced RAG, function/tool calling, agentic workflow patterns

• Ability to move from business concepts and prototypes (low/high-fidelity) to stable production code

• Enterprise experience in Scrum/Agile on large, complex corporate programs

• Fluent English and German (C1+) in speaking and writing
