Description

You will plan, design, and implement customer network changes in Cisco ACI and legacy environments. You will create network concepts (HLD/LLD) and low-level design documents, coordinate with multiple infrastructure areas, and perform configuration QA with analysis and troubleshooting. The role includes on-call/maintenance work outside business hours.

Responsibilities

• Plan customer networks in the ACI and legacy environment for new and existing customers

• Create low-level design documents from ticket information

• Coordinate steps with infrastructure areas such as Windows, Unix, Database, and Storage

• Create service requests to implement the design documents

• Execute planned configurations

• Perform quality assurance of configurations and troubleshoot according to process specifications

• Create and implement changes

• Define the network concept (HLD/LLD)

• Document work according to company documentation guidelines

Requirements

• Cisco Networking, Cisco ACI, and F5 load balancer experience

• Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills

• Experience working in complex enterprise or banking environments

• Understanding of change management and production support processes

• High attention to detail and strong ownership mindset

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

• Fluent English

• Availability to participate in evening and weekend maintenance activities on a regular basis
