Description

Design, maintain, and improve enterprise LAN/WAN/WLAN and data center network infrastructure. You will manage traditional networks and VXLAN/EVPN IP fabrics, routing (BGP/OSPF), firewall and IPsec VPN security, plus F5 BIG-IP load balancing and DNS/GSLB. The role includes monitoring and troubleshooting, supporting incident response (including DDoS), and automating network operations with Terraform, Ansible, and GitLab CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and develop LAN/WAN/WLAN networks across offices and data centers

• Manage data center networks and VXLAN/EVPN-based IP fabrics

• Configure and optimize BGP and OSPF routing, inter-site connectivity, and provider connections

• Administer firewalls, security policies, and IPsec VPN tunnels

• Administer F5 BIG-IP LTM and F5 BIG-IP DNS/GSLB (load balancing and traffic distribution across data centers)

• Maintain and tune DDoS protection solutions; participate in incident response

• Monitor infrastructure, troubleshoot issues, and optimize network performance and availability

• Plan and implement changes and upgrades; test redundancy and failover for BCP/DR initiatives

• Automate infrastructure management and operational workflows with Terraform, Ansible, and GitLab CI/CD

• Create and maintain technical documentation, configuration standards, and operational procedures

• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures with infrastructure, security, and application teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience maintaining and developing enterprise and data center networks

• Practical knowledge of Cisco Nexus and Catalyst platforms (NX-OS, IOS-XE)

• Experience with Cisco Firepower Threat Defense (FTD), Firepower Management Center (FMC), and Cisco ASA firewalls

• Knowledge of switching and high-availability mechanisms: VLAN, STP, LACP, vPC, HSRP/VRRP

• Experience configuring and troubleshooting BGP and OSPF

• Practical knowledge of VXLAN/EVPN IP fabric architecture (underlay and overlay networks)

• Experience managing WLAN networks, controllers, and access points; knowledge of 802.1X, RADIUS, TACACS+

• Practical knowledge of firewalls and security policies (ACLs, NAT, IPsec VPNs)

• Experience administering F5 BIG-IP LTM and F5 BIG-IP DNS/GSLB (load balancing, health monitors, global server load balancing)

• Knowledge of DDoS protection mechanisms and ability to analyze network traffic during incidents

• Strong troubleshooting using monitoring systems, logs, NetFlow/sFlow, Wireshark, and tcpdump

• Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, and GitLab CI/CD for network automation

• Ability to independently manage changes, resolve issues, and take ownership

• Polish proficiency for fluent communication

• Technical English (spoken and written) at least B2 level
