Description

As an AI Tech Consultant, you will help clients turn organizational potential into concrete, measurable outcomes by applying IT solutions to business transformation. You will collaborate with client executive teams and internal teams to build IT strategy and architecture, and to support digital transformation across cloud, microservices, DevOps, AI, and legacy systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with client leadership (C-level) to shape technology-driven transformation initiatives

• Translate business requirements into technology solutions

• Create IT strategy and target architecture to enable digital transformation

• Advise on modernization and integration across modern platforms and legacy systems

• Support optimization of the IT organization, processes, and structures

• Lead workshops and client meetings

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in technology consulting, software development, or IT project management

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field

• Hands-on experience with cloud, microservices, DevOps, AI, and legacy systems

• Proven ability to develop IT strategy and architecture and support digital transformation

• Experience working with C-level clients

• Ability to map business needs to technology solutions

• Experience optimizing IT organization, processes, and structures

• Strong analytical and communication skills with a results-driven mindset

• Experience facilitating workshops and client meetings

• Willingness to travel (about 50%)
