Description

Identity & Access Management (IAM) Specialist role focused on onboarding applications to Single Sign-On (SSO) using Microsoft Entra ID. You will design and implement identity federation with SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect (OIDC), and configure MFA and Conditional Access. The work includes testing, documentation, and handover to IAM and operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze application integration options with SSO and the authorization models used
• Identify accounts and interfaces that bypass SSO mechanisms
• Design and implement identity federation in Microsoft Entra ID using SAML 2.0 and OIDC
• Configure and test MFA and Conditional Access policies
• Perform comprehensive integration tests for different user profiles
• Coordinate acceptance testing with application owners
• Maintain a central integration registry and document configuration and certificate lifecycle
• Transfer knowledge to IAM teams and operational teams

Requirements

• Practical experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID
• Experience integrating applications with SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect (OIDC)
• Knowledge of SSO, MFA, and Conditional Access mechanisms
• Ability to conduct testing, document configurations, and collaborate with technical teams and application owners
• English proficiency at least B2+
