Description

You will design and develop tailored applications for a pharmaceutical production facility, integrated with manufacturing, laboratory, and quality systems. The work spans the full lifecycle—from user-needs analysis to production deployment—while shaping the architecture and technical standards of the team. You will integrate with ERP/MES/lab systems via APIs, ensure high code quality (code reviews, automated tests, CI/CD), and support regulated change documentation with Quality.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop customized applications from user analysis to implementation and rollout
• Integrate applications with plant systems (ERP, MES, laboratory systems) using APIs and integration layers
• Maintain high code quality with code reviews, automated tests, and CI/CD
• Mentor junior developers and help define team technical standards
• Collaborate with Quality on documenting changes in line with regulated environment requirements

Requirements

• At least 10 years of commercial software development experience
• Excellent knowledge of C#/.NET or Java plus SQL
• Experience in application architecture design and system integration
• Practical experience with Git, CI/CD, and automated tests
• English proficiency sufficient for working with documentation and international teams
