Description

Senior Android Developer / Lead role focused on building and standardizing Android mobile applications for individual clients in mobile banking. You will set the technological direction for the Android platform, develop engineering standards, mentor teams, and support delivery of a long-term strategy. You will also drive CI/CD scalability, adopt AI-based tooling to improve development efficiency, and ensure mobile security aligned with OWASP Mobile.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a long-term Android application development strategy aligned with business goals and market trends.
• Design, implement, and oversee architectural standards, code quality, and overall platform consistency.
• Mentor development teams, grow technical competencies, and promote a knowledge-sharing culture.
• Optimize and build scalable CI/CD processes to shorten change delivery time.
• Implement AI-based tools to support software development, automation, and developer productivity.
• Manage mobile application security, monitor vulnerabilities in external libraries, and ensure compliance with OWASP Mobile standards.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a Tech Lead, Architect, or similar leadership role in Android, plus multi-year Senior Android Developer experience.
• Very good knowledge of the Android ecosystem, including Android system operation, Gradle, and current Google standards.
• Experience designing and transforming CI/CD processes in large development environments.
• Practical knowledge of mobile security, vulnerability management, and protection against reverse engineering.
• Strategic thinking from a product and platform perspective.
• Excellent communication and mentoring abilities; ability to enforce technical standards.
• Knowledge of Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Clean Architecture, MVVM or MVI, and multi-module architecture.
• Experience with GitHub Actions or GitLab CI, Fastlane, and Gradle (Kotlin DSL).
• Familiarity with quality tools such as SonarQube and Detekt.
• University degree.
