Description

Develop and maintain high-quality Android applications using modern tools and practices. Partner with software engineers to shape robust architecture, implement features, improve UX, and ensure performance, reliability, and scalability. Create documentation and developer tools while contributing to code reviews, risk analysis, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain native Android applications
• Analyze customer and business requirements
• Contribute to UI design and user experience improvements
• Design and implement robust software architecture
• Develop, test, and maintain application code with unit and integration tests
• Profile, troubleshoot, and optimize performance, reliability, and scalability
• Create and maintain technical documentation and developer tools
• Participate in code reviews and promote best practices
• Identify technical risks and support implementation planning
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (product, marketing, engineering)
• Support continuous improvement of development processes
• Share technical knowledge and guide team members
• Contribute to innovation initiatives and intellectual property development

Requirements

• Experience developing native Android applications using Kotlin
• Strong understanding of Kotlin Coroutines
• Experience with Android Jetpack Compose
• Experience working with Android SDKs and modern Android development frameworks
• Knowledge of architecture principles (Clean Architecture, modular design)
• Familiarity with MVVM and MVI
• Experience implementing dependency injection (Dagger or Hilt)
• Testing knowledge (JUnit, MockK)
• Source control experience (Git, GitFlow)
• Agile experience (Scrum)
• UI/UX design principles and Material Design guidelines
• Mobile application security best practices
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Professional proficiency in English and Polish
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical discipline
