Description

Own and scale paid user acquisition across a client’s mobile app portfolio, optimizing campaigns to drive profitable growth measured by ROAS. Manage significant daily budgets across Meta, TikTok, Mintegral, AppLovin, Unity and other ad networks, using structured testing to find and expand winners. Work with Creative, Data, and Monetization teams to connect UA spend to ad revenue and cohort-based outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize mobile UA campaigns across multiple networks (Meta, TikTok, Mintegral, AppLovin, Unity, plus Google App Campaigns, ironSource, Moloco, Liftoff, DSPs)
• Own budgets and hit ROAS targets across D0/D3/D7 by managing tROAS bids, daily caps, and budgets at campaign and country levels
• Scale winners and cut losers quickly based on trends and total profit
• Build and run a structured testing roadmap (networks, geos, bidding strategies, audiences, creatives)
• Partner with Creative on briefs, concepts, and creative performance analysis
• Collaborate with Data and Monetization to connect UA cost with ad revenue (eCPM, ARPDAU, LTV curves)
• Analyze performance using SQL and BI dashboards; identify issues early
• Manage relationships with network account managers to secure betas, better terms, and support
• Provide weekly updates to management on spend, ROAS, learnings, and next steps

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on mobile UA experience
• Proven experience managing significant budgets on at least two of: Meta, TikTok, Mintegral, AppLovin, Unity
• Deep understanding of ROAS-based bidding (tROAS, AEO/VO, CPI/CPE) and cohort KPIs
• Strong analytical skills with Excel/Sheets, BI tools, and MMP data (AppsFlyer, Adjust or similar)
• Ownership mindset
• English from Upper-Intermediate (B2)
