Description

You will work on backend services for a distributed Digital Key solution that enables using a phone as a car key. The system communicates with external platforms via APIs, and you will also support a service for recording and replaying car-related events. The role combines backend development with maintenance, problem analysis, troubleshooting, and some infrastructure/DevOps-oriented tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve backend services using Java 17 and Spring Boot

• Build and improve API-based integrations between systems

• Extend services in a distributed, microservices architecture

• Analyze logs, data, and technical root causes

• Diagnose errors across collaborating systems

• Work with databases, environments, and application instances

• Use Linux and the terminal in daily tasks

• Support maintenance, infrastructure, and lightweight DevOps activities

• Collaborate with backend developers, frontend developers, QA, and other project stakeholders

Requirements

• Experience in backend development with Java and Spring Boot (Java 17)

• Knowledge of MongoDB or other document-oriented databases

• Knowledge of distributed systems and microservices architecture

• Comfortable Linux/terminal usage

• Experience integrating systems through APIs

• Ability to independently analyze and solve technical issues

• Openness to combining development with maintenance and infrastructure/DevOps tasks
