Description

Design, implement, and evolve Java applications using Spring Boot REST services. Take part in requirement analysis and technical solution design, create and maintain unit/integration tests, and support deployments to test and production environments. Monitor application performance and availability, troubleshoot environment and application issues, and co-improve CI/CD and developer/operations automation.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Very good knowledge of Java
• Practical knowledge of Spring Boot and REST services
• Knowledge of design patterns and Clean Code
• Ability to design and implement system integrations
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL
• Ability to diagnose and optimize application performance problems
• Knowledge of unit and integration tests (JUnit, Mockito)
• Knowledge of Agile software development processes
• Ability to conduct code reviews
• Focus on code quality, security, and maintainability
• Experience with version control systems
• General knowledge of Azure services for hosting and monitoring
• Ability to analyze environment problems and work with infrastructure teams
• Ability to work with GitHub Actions
• Understanding of automated build, test, and deployment processes
• Basic knowledge of Kubernetes architecture and operation
• Ability to diagnose issues running applications in a cluster
• Ability to deploy applications with ArgoCD
• Ability to diagnose synchronization and deployment problems
• Ability to analyze logs, metrics, and application errors
• Identify root causes of incidents and support their resolution
• Drive to automate build, test, and deployment processes
