Description

Lead the design and delivery of scalable Pega applications by translating business requirements into robust, maintainable architectures. Provide technical leadership through mentoring, architecture/code reviews, and resolution of critical, high-impact production issues. Coordinate enterprise integrations and partner with Agile teams on estimations, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.

Responsibilities

• Translate functional business requirements into scalable, maintainable Pega application architectures

• Guide, mentor, and upskill Pega developers; enforce engineering best practices and architectural discipline

• Perform technical design and code reviews to ensure development guardrails, performance benchmarks, and security standards are met

• Lead investigation and resolution of complex troubleshooting items and production bottlenecks

• Coordinate enterprise integration requirements and design patterns with APIs, middleware, and backend squads

• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners for technical estimations, sprint planning, and backlog refinement

Requirements

• Proven hands-on Pega experience in development and end-to-end solution design in complex enterprise environments

• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor/act as a technical reference for Pega delivery teams

• Deep understanding of Pega architecture, Case Management, data models, and guardrail compliance

• Strong integration expertise with REST/SOAP APIs and integration connectors/services and enterprise messaging systems

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks

• Strong English communication skills to articulate architectural decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
