Description

Lead and manage a smaller IT team responsible for the IT environment of a production site where system availability directly affects operations. Own networks, servers, Microsoft 365, ERP/MES, and applications connected to manufacturing, and drive modernization, digitalization, and automation. Ensure IT standards and cyber security compliance while coordinating critical incidents and working with global IT to implement shared solutions.

Responsibilities

• Daily management of a smaller IT team
• Manage site IT infrastructure (networks, servers, Microsoft 365)
• Oversee ERP, MES, and production-connected applications
• Deliver IT projects for modernization, digitalization, and automation
• Ensure cyber security and compliance with defined IT standards
• Manage external IT suppliers, procurement, and budget
• Handle critical IT situations that could impact production
• Collaborate with global IT on rollout of shared solutions and standards

Requirements

• Experience leading people in IT
• Practical experience with IT in a manufacturing environment
• Strong orientation in networks, servers, and enterprise systems
• Experience with ERP/MES
• Understanding of IT and cyber security
• Experience managing IT projects and external vendors
• English at least B2; interviews in English
• Ability to combine technical reasoning with team leadership and communication with management
