Description

You will protect and develop the company’s communication strategy, ensuring what the company says and does stays aligned with its values. You will partner with leadership on decisions by evaluating communication impacts and preventing reputational risks, while acting as a communication liaison across the organization. You will also lead storytelling through media relations, corporate PR, support for brands and strategic projects, and manage crisis communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and safeguard the company’s reputation and communication strategy
• Advise leadership on communication impacts and reputational risk prevention
• Coordinate internal communication across production sites, brands, and top management
• Create communication topics and manage corporate PR and brand support
• Lead crisis communication scenarios for sensitive situations
• Support internal campaigns, employer branding, and communication formats
• Contribute to projects related to sustainability, regions, and group development
• Lead and develop a team of communications professionals

Requirements

• University degree
• 3+ years of experience in a similar corporate communications role
• Experience in corporate communications, including media relations, strategic PR, and internal communication
• Strategic thinking with the ability to anticipate risks (long-term view)
• English proficiency; Slovak is part of daily life (Spanish/Slovenian/Polish are advantages)
• Advanced skills in MS Office, AI tools, Canva, and SAP
• Active driver (category B license) with readiness for travel
