Description

As a Client Care Specialist for a premium real-estate portfolio in Prague, you’ll support owners and help ensure a smooth, high-quality client experience. You’ll handle day-to-day client communication, prepare materials for new contract closures, coordinate communication between clients and internal teams, and join initiatives that improve customer care.

Responsibilities

• Daily communication with clients and building long-term relationships
• Prepare documentation for the sales team when closing new contracts
• Coordinate client communication with internal teams
• Participate in customer-care improvement projects
• Review emails and set daily priorities in the internal system
• Respond to questions, process new requests, and share relevant information with operations
• Progressively take ownership of your agenda and become a main contact for clients

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in customer care, account management, or an administrative role
• Professional client-facing communication
• Effective time management and prioritization
• Ability to communicate in English
