Description

You will handle IT support for office environments and end-user devices, including managing user accounts and system access. The position includes administering Microsoft Entra ID, supporting Microsoft 365, helping with office network connectivity, and assisting in operations of cloud infrastructure in MS Azure. You’ll troubleshoot issues independently and drive solutions to completion while partnering with others.

Responsibilities

• Manage user accounts and access permissions in Microsoft Entra ID

• Support end-user devices and assist with setup

• Provide office IT support, including network connectivity

• Support Microsoft 365 cloud services

• Collaborate on cloud infrastructure operations in MS Azure

Requirements

• Can independently solve common IT problems and complete solutions end-to-end

• Experience with administration of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID (accounts, permissions)

• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure (computer networks, end-user devices)

• Proactive, helpful working style

• Interest in growing in Microsoft Azure
