Description

Serve as the primary 3rd Level Subject Matter Expert for Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM. Own complex incident troubleshooting, problem management, and root-cause resolution while ensuring device fleet stability, modern compliance, reliable application deployment, and continuous security hardening. Drive modernization toward co-managed and cloud-native endpoint environments and coordinate Level 2 operations and client stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary L3 escalation SME for Microsoft Intune and SCCM (MECM)

• Design, configure, and maintain endpoint environments across Windows 10/11, including co-management and hybrid cloud topologies

• Manage end-to-end software distribution lifecycles and application packaging (Win32, MSI, MSIX) with deployment rings

• Lead monthly patch management schedules, quality and feature update deployments, and security compliance reporting

• Implement device configuration profiles, compliance policies, and Conditional Access integrations with Microsoft Entra ID

• Automate administration, compliance checks, and configuration rollouts using PowerShell scripting

• Mentor and coordinate Level 2 operational teams; establish SOPs and technical documentation

• Lead technical workshops and governance sessions with clients to communicate technical strategies

Requirements

• 5+ years of enterprise experience managing, deploying, and supporting Windows 10/11 endpoint environments

• Expert-level administration of Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM, including hybrid and co-managed architectures

• Hands-on expertise in software packaging and deployment mechanisms (Win32, MSI, MSIX)

• Background in patch management, OS deployment (OSD), security hardening, and compliance monitoring

• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), device enrollment methods, and group policies

• Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation

• Proven record as a 3rd-level technical lead with stakeholder management and cross-team coordination
