Description

You will operate and administer endpoint-management environments, including managing mobile devices and supporting stable IT operations. The role involves implementing changes, updates, and system adjustments, documenting configurations and support activities, and analyzing technical incidents. You’ll collaborate with technical colleagues and adjacent teams while developing expertise in modern workplace and endpoint management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze technical incidents and support stable operation of client, device, and modern workplace solutions

Requirements

• Experience in IT administration
• Completed IT training or comparable qualification
• Strong knowledge of Windows client environments and interest in modern endpoint/device management
• Ability to handle technical incidents, changes, and documentation securely
• Structured, reliable, and service-oriented approach
• Very good German and good English
• Willingness to travel across Germany
• First exposure to MDM/EMM/UEM solutions is a plus
