Description

You will work with existing and new clients in digital advertising, developing relationships and managing customer portfolios. The role focuses on advising clients on online marketing campaigns, implementing recommendations, improving ad performance, and driving upsell/cross-sell opportunities while meeting individual and team KPI targets.

Responsibilities

• Work with existing and new digital advertising clients

• Build customer relationships and manage customer portfolios

• Identify sales opportunities (upsell, cross-sell)

• Advise clients on online marketing campaign strategy

• Optimize and improve advertising performance

• Implement recommendations and propose campaign ideas

• Meet individual and team sales goals (KPIs)

Requirements

• Czech or Slovak: minimum B2+/C1

• English: minimum B2

• Interest in sales and willingness to grow in a sales role

• Motivation to achieve results and learn new things

• Basic computer skills

• Willingness to relocate to Kraków (or already living in the region)

• At least basic sales experience
