Description

Independently design electronic circuits—from schematic to prototype bring-up—for hybrid aircraft hardware. Work across analog and digital electronics, power-supply design, MCU-based systems (STM32/ARM), communication buses (CAN/SPI/UART/I2C), and PCB design. Validate and debug prototypes using lab measurement tools, with a mindset centered on technical reasoning and problem-solving.

Role Description

• Design own electronic circuits for a hybrid aircraft from first concept to functional prototype bring-up
• Contribute to hardware schematics and HW architecture
• Collaborate with mechanical/cable designers and SW developers
• Resolve issues found during testing
• Propose changes to improve reliability, reduce weight, and enable better manufacturability

Requirements

• Analog and digital electronics design experience
• Familiarity with power-supply design
• Experience with STM32 microcontrollers or other ARM MCU
• Knowledge of communication interfaces: CAN, SPI, UART, I2C
• Experience with PCB design
• Ability to independently bring up and diagnose prototypes
• Practical experience with lab tools: oscilloscope, bench power supply, multimeter, logic analyzer, thermal camera
• Basic embedded development fundamentals in C/C++
• Proven ability to design from schematic through prototype activation (several completed personal projects)
