Description

Develop and enhance C++ software for tower and radar simulations used worldwide to train future air traffic controllers. You will analyze requirements, design and implement modules and interfaces for real-time simulation on Windows, and maintain technical documentation for your work.

Responsibilities

• Requirements analysis, concepting, and specification of software components for real-time simulations in C++ on Windows
• Implementation of project and product requirements, including new features
• Design and implementation of software components and interfaces
• Technical documentation of developed components
• Further development of existing software components

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or comparable completed vocational training with a software development focus
• Experience in modern C++ software development
• Reliable handling of version control systems
• Knowledge of designing and developing user interfaces with Qt (preferred)
• Interest in innovative topics in simulation software and air traffic control
• Very good German and English skills
• Strong teamwork skills
