Description

You will help translate the economic department’s requirements into setup and modifications in HELIOS, ensuring solutions make sense from both system and accounting perspectives. The work includes optimizing key accounting processes, creating and updating reports, and proposing automation for routine tasks. You will also support and train users when needed, with optional responsibilities for program changes and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and translate finance department requirements into HELIOS configuration and changes
• Set up and optimize accounting processes (e.g., pre-postings, numbering series, cost centers and projects, accrual items, overhead recharges, and year-end close)
• Create and modify reports, overviews, and dashboards
• Propose simplifications and automation of routine activities
• Support users and provide training when required
• Optionally: develop and verify program modifications; manage integrations with banking, e-shops, or other systems

Requirements

• Experience with IS HELIOS, ideally HELIOS iNuvio, especially in accounting/economic modules
• Solid knowledge of Czech accounting and taxes
• Ability to explain topics clearly to people who are not IT
• Independence, reliability, and attention to detail
