Description

Analyze data to discover new credit-fraud patterns, propose improvements to detection, and help prevent financial losses. Assess the impact of your recommendations, look for product weaknesses that could be exploited, and maintain records of identified fraud cases. When required, support fraud investigations, prepare background materials for criminal reports, and communicate with relevant authorities.

Requirements

• Interest in fraud detection; prior experience is preferred
• Proficiency with SQL to independently retrieve, connect, and analyze data
• Ability to formulate and validate hypotheses using data, then produce concrete recommendations
• Curious, persistent mindset focused on why fraud happens and how to prevent it
• Ability to communicate findings clearly and try new approaches
• Openness to using AI to advance your work
