Description

You will manage the full recruiting process from initial intake with hiring managers through candidate selection and offer stage. The role also includes actively sourcing candidates across LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and other channels, while improving the process with automation and AI. You’ll support employer branding and recruitment marketing, and help maintain a great candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Align with hiring managers on role requirements, set hiring strategy, and run regular hiring syncs

• Source actively using LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and other channels

• Create clear job advertisements

• Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess fit with the team

• Coordinate selection stages and provide ongoing feedback to candidates

• Discuss shortlist decisions with hiring managers, prepare offers, and drive hiring to completion

• Track recruiting pipeline in the ATS, monitor metrics, and identify process improvements

• Contribute to employer branding, recruitment marketing, HR projects; explore automation and AI usage

Requirements

• Enjoy connecting people, understanding team needs, and owning the end-to-end recruiting process

• Interested in simplifying workflows and using technology and AI

• Strong communication and collaboration with hiring managers and candidates

• Willingness to support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
