Description

Develop digital solutions from first idea and prototype to practical, deployable applications—often with AI support. Contribute to a dashboard for departmental leadership, telephony/assistant workflows, route planning for construction managers, and solutions for construction sites including a builder app plus material and warehouse management. Translate user requirements into clear applications and connect relevant data sources and systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop digital solutions from idea and prototype to real-world use, including AI-supported approaches

• Work on a dashboard as a control tool for departmental leaders

• Build digital support for telephony and assistant processes and for construction managers’ route planning

• Design digital solutions for construction sites, the builder app, and material & warehouse management

• Discuss requirements with later users and translate them into helpful applications

• Connect applications and data sources where appropriate and further develop existing applications

• For AI-enabled applications: handle processed data, required access rights, and resulting interfaces

• Provide support in replacement coverage (support hotline requests and support tickets)

• Coordinate with administrators on technical infrastructure topics and consider impacts of your applications

Requirements

• Enjoy developing applications and turning digital ideas into working solutions

• Solid experience in software development, AI applications, or digital products (through work, personal projects, or training)

• Independent learning ability for new technologies and tools

• Sense of responsibility and understanding of data, access rights, interfaces, and existing business workflows

• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders from different departments and explain technical solutions clearly

• .NET, ERP systems, or SQL experience is a plus (not a strict requirement)

• Personal projects, prototypes, or practical examples are welcome
