Description

You will act as a Senior Solution Architect focused on software engineering and AI enablement, advising development teams on software architecture, Java and API development, quality, observability, and cloud-native engineering. The role includes driving modern architecture patterns—microservices, event-driven architecture, DDD, and API-first design—and improving developer experience through optimized workflows, technical practices, collaboration, and tooling. You will also contribute to strategic initiatives around AI-assisted and agent-based software development.

Responsibilities

• Assess and promote modern software engineering technologies, tools, and practices, especially AI-assisted development, automation, and developer productivity
• Advise development teams on software architecture, Java, APIs, quality, observability, and cloud-native development
• Drive modern architecture approaches such as microservices, event-driven architecture, DDD, and API-first design
• Improve developer experience (DevEx) through optimized working processes, technical practices, collaboration, and tooling
• Build developer communities via workshops, coaching, technical exchange, and knowledge transfer
• Collaborate with architects, product teams, and developers to foster technical excellence, reusable solutions, and continuous improvement
• Participate in strategic technical initiatives to help shape the future of AI-assisted and agent-based software development

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or comparable IT qualification
• Strong software engineering knowledge and experience with Java, Spring, APIs (REST, GraphQL, gRPC), databases, and enterprise application development
• Solid understanding of microservices, event-driven architecture, CQRS, DDD, API-first design, and distributed systems
• Experience with Kafka, GitLab, Kubernetes, CI/CD, containers, and cloud-native development
• Interest in AI-assisted development, LLMs, agent-based AI, automation, and new software-development technologies
• Ability to translate technical concepts into practical guidance and drive adoption within development teams
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, passion for software craftsmanship, continuous learning, and good English proficiency
