Description

Build and maintain A365 Business Analytics/FinOps models and customer value artifacts that support field execution. Own A365 reporting across pipeline, consumption, deployment, and adoption, and deliver dashboards and insights to leadership. Coordinate operating cadences, enablement content/cohort moments/readiness channels, and route product/customer signals to the product team.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain A365 Business Analytics/FinOps models and customer value artifacts for the field

• Own A365 reporting (pipeline, consumption, deployment, adoption) and deliver dashboards/insights to leadership

• Run operating cadences and orchestration touchpoints across ABS and Security; track blockers through resolution

• Support enablement by coordinating content, cohort moments, and readiness channels

• Collect product and customer signals and route them to the product team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years relevant experience in business consulting, sales/sales operations, IT, account management, business development, marketing, IT field sales, or related; or equivalent experience

• 3+ years experience in Near Term Strategy (1–2 years out), Management Consulting, or Finance

• Experience in business operations, analytics, program management, or strategy for a technology business

• Proficient data, modeling, and visualization skills (Excel, Power BI or equivalent)

• Ability to work across sales, product, and finance teams

• Proficient clear written and executive communication

• Familiarity with M365, Copilot/agents, or security
