Description

You’ll manage and improve the company’s tag-management and tracking setup, ensuring reliable data collection, correct tag deployment, and privacy-compliant implementations. You’ll support online marketing and e-commerce with conversion tracking, event measurement, data-quality checks, and attribution model development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop the tag-management system, including Google Tag Manager and server-side tracking

• Main point of contact for online marketing, e-commerce, and onsite marketing questions around tracking, conversions, and webshop events

• Regularly review data flows and support webshop testing to ensure data quality and consistent KPIs across tools and systems

• Ensure correct delivery of tracking tags via the consent-management tool and support privacy-related requirements

• Develop and own the attribution model and translate online marketing business goals into actionable measurement concepts

Requirements

• Completed education or degree in Marketing or comparable qualification

• Proven web tracking or digital analytics experience

• Confident handling of Google Tag Manager and common web analytics tools

• Good technical understanding of websites, including HTML; basic JavaScript; experience with Data Layer

• Knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEA, Social Media)

• Willingness to learn server-side tracking and cloud infrastructure topics

• Strong communication, team mindset, careful working style; enjoyment of the marketing–IT interface

• Very good German and English
