Description

Use the latest cloud computing technologies to help U.S. Government agencies implement innovative cloud solutions. You will manage and monitor Route 53 and Perimeter Protection systems, troubleshoot operational issues, and improve reliability through automation such as infrastructure as code and operator tools. The role emphasizes designing scalable solutions and maintaining a 100% uptime SLA.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Route 53 and Perimeter Protection services achieve a 100% uptime SLA via software deployment, troubleshooting, and automation
• Break down defined projects into milestones and feedback mechanisms
• Identify and investigate defects or low-availability implementations; resolve, mitigate, or escalate operational concerns in a timely manner
• Build software-based improvements for managing and monitoring systems, including in air-gapped regions

Requirements

• Associate's degree or above, or CND (Certified Network Defender) or GSEC (GIAC Security Essentials)
• Experience programming with at least one modern language: C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, or Ruby
• Experience with automation tools for building, testing, releasing, or monitoring
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with polygraph
