Third-Level IT Systems Administrator

• Full-time position (partly home office: 2 days home office, 3 days onsite in St. Ingbert)
• Salary: 4,300–4,500 € per month

Description

You will provide third-level support by analyzing, prioritizing, and resolving complex incidents in modern IT environments. You will work on Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and networking tasks, and you will support backup, archiving, and security solutions. You will also help plan and implement smaller IT projects and contribute to IT-as-a-Service solution design and rollout.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, prioritize, and resolve complex IT incidents via ticket, phone, or on-site
• Handle tasks related to Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and network technology
• Plan, organize, and implement smaller IT projects
• Contribute to the design and implementation of IT-as-a-Service solutions
• Support backup, archiving, and security solutions
• Install firmware updates, perform maintenance, and ensure systems stay up to date
• Manage multiple customer environments simultaneously and quickly ramp up to new technical requirements

Requirements

• Completed IT training or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in IT support, system administration, or IT services
• Confident use of ticketing systems and strong solution orientation
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Azure AD, Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint
• Ideally practical experience with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and M365 migrations
• Willingness to learn, high service orientation, and dependable working style
• Team player with very good German (at least C1)
• Ability to be present regularly onsite in 66386 St. Ingbert
