Description

As a Staff Hardware Engineer, you will design, develop, and deliver ultra high-performance electronic products with full ownership across the hardware lifecycle—from BOM creation and vendor engagement to circuit/board design, development, and validation. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (Hardware, ASIC, Signal, Mechanical, Thermal, Diagnostic, Packaging, and Manufacturing) and support customer trials and sustaining needs.

Responsibilities

• Own EE hardware design end-to-end (BOM, circuit/board design, development, validation)

• Participate with vendor negotiators for parts and sourcing

• Address power and thermal challenges in high-power PCBs (1kW+)

• Design and validate high-speed, high-density signaling (SerDes 112G+)

• Support customer trials, field issues, and product sustaining post-ship

• Work with support groups including Manufacturing, Compliance, and Safety

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering

• 8+ years of related experience

• Experience with advanced SOCs and packaging processes, including 2D, 2.5D, and 2.5D with 3D memories

• Hands-on experience with precision scopes/analyzers and development/validation tools

• Demonstrated participation in a cross-functional development team

• Experience working with support groups (Manufacturing, Compliance, Safety)
