Description

As a Staff Hardware Engineer, you will design, develop, and deliver ultra high-performance electronic products. You will own all aspects of EE hardware design—from BOM creation and participation with vendor negotiators to circuit/board design, development, and validation—across the product lifecycle. You will also help with customer trials, field issues, and product sustaining.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end EE hardware design activities (BOM, vendor collaboration, circuit/board design, development, validation)

• Participate in power and thermal design/validation for high-power PCB footprints (1kW+)

• Work on high-speed and high-density signaling at SerDes rates of 112G+

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team across hardware, ASIC, signal, mechanical, thermal, diagnostic, packaging, and manufacturing

• Support manufacturing, compliance, and safety groups

• Engage with partner engineering teams for joint development programs

• Support customer trials and resolve field issues for sustaining products

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering

• 8+ years of related experience

• Experience working in cross-functional development teams

• Experience with hardware development and validation through sustaining

• Annual base salary range: USD 121,900 to USD 195,000
