Description

You will contribute to shaping business and technical processes, implement and monitor them in IT systems, and develop operating models for the solutions. The role includes assessing, designing, and rolling out innovative AI solutions and Atlassian Intelligence features (e.g., Atlassian Rovo) to improve workflows and knowledge management. You will also evaluate new Atlassian products and AI extensions for future use, ensuring data governance and IT security are considered.

Responsibilities

• Co-design and implement specialist processes in IT systems; monitor execution and define suitable operating models

• Evaluate, design, and introduce AI solutions and Atlassian Intelligence features (e.g., Atlassian Rovo) to optimize workflows and knowledge management

• Review new Atlassian products and AI extensions for upcoming use cases, with attention to data governance and IT security

• Advise business departments as the first point of contact and ensure continuous further development of solutions along the software lifecycle

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics, comparable training, or relevant professional experience

• Preferably technical knowledge of Atlassian Cloud products

• Programming-oriented, analytical, and conceptual skills

• Interest and initial experience with AI (e.g., Atlassian Intelligence, LLM integrations, AI-driven process automation)

• Experience in IT requirement management and coordination of IT service providers

• Service-oriented mindset, flexibility, and strong teamwork orientation

• Good communication skills in German and English
