Description

Contribute to reliable, modern, and well-structured data for ~40 donation centers. Your work supports efficient processes and well-founded decisions in the healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide and monitor data pipelines, fix errors, and handle data requests from business teams
• Operate and continuously improve the data architecture, from classic SQL databases to modern cloud solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Azure
• Develop insightful dashboards and data models in Power BI
• Train business users on reporting and self-service analytics
• Evaluate new technologies and evolve the data landscape for future requirements such as AI and automation
• Work closely with data specialists and business stakeholders to deliver accurate reporting
• Ensure transparency through precise data preparation and modern dashboards to support informed decisions

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in data management, analytics, or engineering
• Ideally a degree in (Business) Informatics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a comparable qualification
• Strong SQL knowledge, including complex queries, joins, and data modeling
• Experience with data warehouse concepts and understanding of company-wide data flows
• Solid Power BI knowledge; ideally initial experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure, or other cloud data platforms
• Ability to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical audiences
• Fluent German (minimum C1)
• English skills for IT collaboration in a corporate setting
