Description

You’ll investigate why systems and applications don’t work as expected, identify causes, and bring solutions to completion. You will handle customer-reported incidents, administer and configure Linux/Windows environments, perform acceptance testing with the customer, implement and test software solutions, and manage tickets from intake to resolution. As your experience grows, you’ll progressively take on more complex tasks including L3 incident handling.

Responsibilities

• Independently resolve customer-reported incidents
• Collaborate with the implementation team
• Administer and configure Linux/Windows environments
• Perform customer acceptance testing of applications
• Implement and test software solutions
• Use a ticketing system from request intake to resolution
• Communicate with customers, colleagues, and external suppliers
• Gradually take on more complex tasks and L3 incident resolution
• Produce reporting and maintain careful records

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of server operating systems (Linux/Windows)
• Ability and willingness to orient in a ticketing system and other listed technologies
• Czech language proficiency at C2
• English reading/writing proficiency at B1–B2
• Willingness to take responsibility while working in a team
• Willingness to meet the team in the Ostrava office at the start
