Description

You will help create and maintain the bank’s internal FT instructions, coordinate review processes, and support testing of changes in the banking environment. The work includes updating contract templates, entering technical changes, collecting feedback from colleagues, preparing reports, and supporting product/process teams. You will also use internal IT systems, plan testing with analysts, developers, and the product owner, and report bugs while coordinating with IT.

Responsibilities

• Create and update internal bank instructions in the FT area

• Organize the review/change approval process and coordinate incorporation of changes

• Collect improvement ideas from colleagues; collaborate with product and process managers

• Modify FT contract templates, enter technical changes, and test updated templates

• Prepare reports and provide administrative support to product and process teams

• Work in internal IT systems

• Plan testing with analysts, developers, and the product owner

• Report discovered errors and communicate with IT for resolution

Requirements

• OZP (disability) status

• Detail-oriented and able to work effectively with documents

• Strong communication skills across different teams

• Organized approach to work and ability to complete tasks

• Testing experience, experience creating internal instructions/standards, or banking environment experience is an advantage

• Willingness to learn; basic orientation in IT systems is appreciated
