Description

You will help develop and enhance Salesforce applications for a new risk management product focused on calculating credit limits and managing collateral. The role includes building Salesforce components and implementing/optimizing features, with integrations to external systems. You’ll collaborate in an agile team delivering work in two-week sprints.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop Salesforce applications
• Design, build, and improve Salesforce components (Apex, LWC, JavaScript, Flows)
• Implement new functionality and optimize existing processes
• Work in an agile environment with ceremonies: refinement, daily stand-up, review, retrospective

Requirements

• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Knowledge of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and integrations
• Advanced knowledge of Apex, LWC, JavaScript, and/or Flows
• Salesforce App Development certification
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP and OAuth (including credential-based access)
• Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Git and CI/CD pipelines
• Ability to collaborate in a team and share knowledge
• Communicative English and Czech for daily stand-ups
