Description

You will contribute to the development of future connected air and defense systems and cross-cutting system architectures. The role includes planning and aligning complex system and interface architecture decisions, evaluating customer requirements, and representing the organization in customer and partner forums. You will prepare, moderate, and lead demanding technical negotiations and decision processes.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the further development of future, networked aviation and defense systems and overarching system architectures

• Represent the organization in customer and partner committees and actively shape architecture decisions and planning

• Strategically plan and align complex system and interface architectures with product teams and project leadership

• Evaluate customer requirements technically and system-wise; develop and advocate sound solution approaches

• Prepare, moderate, and confidently accompany complex negotiations and decision processes with customers and partners

Requirements

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking; ability to communicate complex technical contexts appropriately to the audience

• Confident, sovereign, and professional appearance when dealing with customers and partners, especially in technical or strategic representation

• Fluent German and English (business level)

• High willingness to travel and enjoyment working in international teams

• Ideally: experience with generic open architectures (e.g., MOSA, AMS GRA, WOSA or comparable standards)
