Description

Use analytical skills to actively trade energy commodities, improve pricing forecasts, and support algorithmic trading strategies across European electricity and gas markets. You will monitor, operate, and continuously enhance trading algorithms, set risk parameters, and translate market trends into trading decisions. Training will be provided if you have no prior trading or energy-market experience.

Responsibilities

• Active trading of energy commodities

• Monitor, operate, and continuously improve algorithmic trading strategies

• Improve pricing predictions using analytics and attention to detail

• Set risk parameters and manage exposure

• Track market trends, evaluate them, and translate them into trading decisions

Requirements

• Degree in economics, mathematics, physics, or a technical field

• Strong analytical thinking and good probability intuition

• Ability to make decisions under uncertainty

• Careful, responsible, and patient

• Willingness to work night shifts (22:00–06:00)

• No prior experience with trading or energy markets required
