• Role: Fair Play Client Specialist

Description

Investigate and verify suspected fraud within the client network by collecting evidence and proposing next steps. Communicate with clients, identify suitable corrective measures, and collaborate with the legal team for complex cases. Partner with the Sales team and others to protect the fair functioning of the MultiSport program, using data and reporting to plan and evaluate investigations and maintaining clear case documentation.

Requirements

• Analytical and logical thinking; ability to find connections and work with data

• Advanced Excel knowledge

• Experience with databases and/or Power BI or other analytical tools

• Assertive communication and negotiation skills; ability to defend arguments

• High attention to detail and ability to prioritize work effectively

• English proficiency at least B1

• Valid Category B driver’s license
